These terms cover your use of this marketing website, operated by LeaseSight, LLC ("LeaseSight," "we"). They are not the agreement that governs LeaseSight hardware, installation, or the monitoring service — that lives in your quote and service agreement.

This site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep it accurate and online, but we don't promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we may change or remove content at any time without notice.
No warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties about this website, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Warranty terms for LeaseSight hardware are stated on our warranty page and finalized in your service agreement — the disclaimers above apply to this website, not to that hardware warranty.
Information, not an offer
Product descriptions, hardware details, coverage areas, and anything else published here are informational only and may change. Nothing on this site is an offer, a quote, or a guarantee of availability, performance, or results. Purchases of hardware and monitoring service are governed solely by the written quote and service agreement you sign with us.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeaseSight, LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website — including indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages — even if we've been advised such damages are possible.
Alert text messages
One part of these terms covers the LeaseSight app rather than this website: alert texts. People who sign up on their profile in the app get automated texts about their own equipment's alerts, like tank levels and pressures, at the number they give. Message frequency varies with their alerts. Message and data rates may apply.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute about them will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.
